Mindloop’s 3-bedroom Beachfront House

Find peace and calmness in this stunning 3 bedroom house, just 40 minutes away from Thessaloniki’s city centre & 20 minutes away from the airport. The house is situated close to the Village of Epanomi just in front of the sea at a secluded beach.

The house consists of a big living room with a fireplace and a kitchen on the first floor. The main balcony situated here offers great views of Mount Olympus.

On the ground floor, the space consists of three bedrooms equipped with double beds. The main bathroom is also located here (there is a WC on the first floor too).

The house has its own entrance (which can be closed to your liking), with a parking space. A huge yard starts from the main road and continues many meters after the main building, with a spacious barbeque area at the back, ideal for kids to hang around safely.

Our location is very close to the airport but also very close to Halkidiki, so day trips to the main highlights of the area are super easy!

Greece has a lot of stray dogs and our area is not different from other parts of the country. We are proud though to have vaccinated some of these lovely animals, feed them and always try to find foster homes for them.

We carefully provide & organise the following activities in our area:

• Watersports pack & scuba diving: windsurfing, wing foil, kitesurfing, sea kayaking or stand up paddleboarding & scuba diving are available at our watersports station.
• Agrotourism pack: collect & see how herbs including sage, rosemary, oregano, lavender, thyme, and mint are organically produced in our area from April to October. Also, we organise olive picking sessions during November the season that the oil of the area is produced.
• Wine tasting & local delicacies: visit a local winery to taste different varieties and local delicacies for a day full of enjoyment and exploration of the area.
• Day trips: choose between Olympus, Meteora, Kerkini lake or a city tour of Thessaloniki to combine your holiday stay with culture and nature.
